Termini e Condizioni

Membership plans entail a minimum contract term of 12 months and are subject to an annual price adjustment.

Appointments at discounted rates or complimentary appointments for eligible members require booking through WhatsApp at +44 7838371624. Any consultation or service not included in the Membership schedule necessitates full payment at standard list prices upon booking.

Appointment availability is subject to scheduling. We strive to provide online doctor consultations with minimal waiting times, often on the same day. However, please note that appointment requests are handled during our opening hours only.

We offer medical assistance and guidance on treatment pathways for all health issues, but we are not an emergency service or a response service for medical emergencies. If you need to see a doctor immediately, it is necessary to contact the appropriate services, such as the Accident & Emergency department (A&E) or call the emergency healthcare number 999/111.

Cancellation policy applicable to general appointments extend to membership appointments. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the full fee being charged, or forfeiture of entitlement to one free consultation, unless a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided to cancel or reschedule. Subsequent appointments cannot be booked until all outstanding fees, including those for missed appointments, treatments and services have been settled.

You are allowed to cancel your membership within the first 14 days of the Membership Plan, starting from the Membership Start Date (referred to as the “Cooling Off Period”). If you choose to cancel during this time, any services, tests, diagnostics, and treatments you have used must be paid for at the standard list price. After the Cooling Off Period, membership cannot be terminated within the first 12 months and thereafter requires one month’ written notice.
